Our shop

Orders

When you place an order through our shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal at the time of purchase.

Fulfilment

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our third-party production and shipping partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary by destination. See our shipping information at checkout for estimated timeframes.

Returns and defective items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hola@gusta.studio within 14 days of receipt and we will look into the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have rights under applicable consumer protection law. For made-to-order products, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for goods made to the consumer's specifications. However, your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain fully in force. For unresolved disputes, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available on europa.eu.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes between Gusta and users of this website will be resolved by the courts of Valencia, Spain, except in consumer matters where the consumer's place of residence applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at gusta.studio/terms-conditions, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
