The playful fruit stickers and bold colors bring the brand to life, creating a vibrant identity inspired by market-fresh produce.
Branding inspired by the market
We designed the En Temporada brand to feel familiar and delightful, drawing inspiration from fresh produce. The vibrant visual identity is built around illustrated fruit stickers—instantly recognizable and nostalgic—paired with a color palette influenced by the market and the natural colors of fruit and vegetables. The seasonal fruit and vegetables shown on the calendar follow this style, being both appealing and informative.
Bringing the concept to life—exploring, building, and refining directly in Webflow as part of our Playground.
A playful project with a real impact
En Temporada was also an opportunity to experiment on our Playground—our dedicated time for self-development on Fridays. We used Webflow to design and build the website, exploring our capabilities in no-code development, while also creating something meaningful.
The result is a straightforward, user-friendly website where visitors can see what’s in season for the current month or explore a full yearly calendar.
Since launching En Temporada, we’ve heard from many people who now rely on it whenever they’re out shopping for groceries. It has become a resource we personally use all the time, and we’re happy it became something others return to again and again as well.
The project also reflects our values at Gusta—fostering community, promoting sustainability, and designing for change. Looking ahead, we plan to have seasonal clothing available only at certain times of the year, with proceeds supporting NGOs supporting farm workers’ welfare.
